After the Storm

After you place an order, we email you within 24 hours to confirm we received it and are preparing it for shipment. When your package is handed to the carrier (usually within about another 24 hours), you'll get a second email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Ground shipping via USPS or UPS typically takes 2–3 business days once your package is with the carrier.

Local pickup is available — choose pickup at checkout if you're nearby.

Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind. If something doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
